PURPOSE: To change stripping portions easily without an operator moving by moving a wire clamp to a specified place to an intermediate peeling crosspiece by stripping operation. CONSTITUTION: A stripping crosspiece 19 being fixed onto a base 23, stripping an insulator in the intermediate section of a wire 37 and exposing a conductor and a wire clamp 21 being movably supported onto the base 23, holding the terminal section of the wire and being positioned at a specified place to the crosspiece 19 are mounted, and a drive means 27 operated at the place 25 of stripping operation working for driving the wire clamp 21 to a fixed position to the intermediate peeling crosspiece 19 is provided. Accordingly, when the place of wire stripping is changed, the drive means 27 is operated at the place 25 of stripping operation, and the wire clamp 21 can be moved to the fixed position to the crosspiece 19, thus easily conducting stripping operation without an operator moving. |
