PURPOSE: To provide a miniaturizable and easily designable high frequency filter provided with improved characteristics. CONSTITUTION: Pattern electrodes 16 and 18 crossed while holding a dielectric film 26 there between are formed on a first dielectric layer 14 and a grounding electrode is formed on the back surface of the first dielectric layer 14. A coplanar line 32 composed of the grounding electrode 34 and a center conductor 36 is formed on a second dielectric layer 30, the pattern electrodes 44 and 46 crossed while holding the dielectric film 54 there between are formed on a third dielectric layer 42 and the grounding electrode 58 is formed on a forth dielectric layer 56. The dielectric layers 14, 30, 42 and 56 are integrated and a dielectric block 12 is formed. Capacitance is formed between capacitor electrodes 24 and 38 and between 40 and 52, the dielectric films 22 and 50 are formed between input/output electrodes 20 and 48 and the pattern electrodes 16 and 44 and an external electrode is formed on the side face of the dielectric block 12. |
