PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of a void defect by repeating a plurality times of printing while changing the relative position between a glass base plate and a blanket. CONSTITUTION: As a glass base plate, that which the black matrix of chromium has been previously formed is used. As the printing surface plate of a printer, that which an optical positioning device has been mounted is used. For instance, a stripe pattern of a width of 100μm is printed twice on a glass base plate at intervals of 200μm. Then, by using the optical positioning device, printing is carried out twice while moving the glass base plate as much as 200μm in the stripe direction making the reference of a chromium positioning mark. Thereafter, the surface is flattened by pressurizing with a roller. Ink is printed by the second printing to the part of void defect caused by the first printing. Thus, the void defect caused by the first printing can be reduced to the degree practically permissible. |
