PURPOSE: To provide a new composite maternal used for the manufacture of a bearing holder and an injection method therefor. CONSTITUTION: A new composite material consists of 30 pts.wt. 6-6-polyamide resin, 10 pts.wt. carbon fibers, and 60 pts.wt. zinc oxide, and the injection molding condition is as follows: a metal mold temperature of 80 deg.C, resin injection temperature of 285 deg.C, and an injection pressure of 1500kg/cm<2> . A bearing holder which is molded by using the composite material, injection method and the injection position 6 possesses the excellent dimension precision such as the degree of roundness and degree of coaxial performance, and the oil resistance is improved. Further, the remelting of the resin which is solidified to the runner of the metal mold is enabled. |
