CONSTITUTION: Life control information where the erasion frequency of the portable card 10 is stored is stored in the external storage device 211 of a home machine 100, a portable terminal 101 loads life control information in the main storage of the terminal 101 when the portable card 10 is used at the terminal 101, the portable terminal 101 returns the life control information updated by a writing processing to the portable card 10 when access to the portable card 10 is completed and the home machine 100 saves the life control information in its external storage device 211.</p> |
