PURPOSE: To provide a processing agent for developing tablets uniform in the constituent proportion and small in expansion during storage with the lapse of time and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: This solid processing agent is manufactured by mixing at least 2 kinds of granules containing a developing agent and an alkali agent, and the weight of granules of >=1000μm in size (JIS) is <=10wt.% in each kind of the granules and the granules or the tablets of the developing agent is obtained by molding the powder with pressure.
