PURPOSE: To quickly eliminate a noise component with high accuracy from an acoustic signal trapped with a simple processing. CONSTITUTION: When noise is the main component, the noise is estimated in an adaptive filter part 206. One part of filter coefficients obtained by this estimation is set as the filter coefficient of a small filter part 205. When the voice from a signal source is applied to a microphone 201, the filter part 205 estimates the noise N*1 from a microphone 202 to apply it to an adder 207. The adder 207 eliminates the noise N*1 from the signal from the microphone 201 to apply the signal to a voice detector 203. The voice detector 203 detects the presence or absence of the signal and in the case the signal is present, makes a switch 211 turn off to stop the updating of the filter coefficient with respect to the adaptive filter part 206. After the signal from the microphone 201 is delayed in a delay circuit 204, the noise of the signal is eliminated in an adder 208 and then the signal is outputted. |
