The retort outlet has a duct (1) extending onto a filtration-expansion surface having flow holes (10) on its lower face. Each hole has a pierced insert (10), each further having a slot (12), at the level of the internal wall of the duct, to allow the partial flow of water in the insert. The inserts are formed by a dowel with an exterior diameter equal to the of the duct hole and having a vertical groove.
