The antifouling paint compsn. is prepd. by (a) mixing 0.5˜40wt.pt. radical polymeric antifouling monomer of formula (I), 2˜50wt.pt. metal polyradical polymeric monomer of formula (II), 20˜80wt.pt. metal monoradical polymeric monomers of formula (III) with a known radical polymeric monomer, (b) polymerizing the mixture with a radical initiator in the organic solvent i.e. xylene, toluene, ethylacetate, methylethyl ketone, isopropanol and/or cellosolve to obtain a binder compsn., and (c) adding an antifouling agent and an additive. In the formulas, Z is (a) or (b); P is S or O; Q is -CO-, -CS- or -S-; R' is H or hologen; R" is H or organic chain rest; a is 1˜2; b is 0˜1; c is 1˜4; d is 1˜6; e is 1˜5; M is at least two valent metal; X is organic acid rest; A is -H, -CH3, -CN, -F or -NO2; B is -H, -C6H5 or -COOR; n is metal ion no.; R and Y are each organic chain rest.
