PURPOSE: To efficiently supply toner even if the opening area of a toner supplying port is made small by adopting such a constitution that a blade body is rotated while frictional resistance and torque imparted to the top end of the blade body fluctuate in a rotational direction. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft 21 inserted up to a recovering part through a partition in a longitudinal direction and pivotally supported by the end walls of both end sides is fitted in a toner housing part 20 provided in the longitudinal direction of the container 2, a 'Mylar (R)' - like blade body 22 capable,j of being elastically deformed in the rotational direction is successively provided to extend in a radial direction over the entire length of the toner housing part 20 and the length of the blade body 22 is set so that it can rub the internal surface of the toner housing part 20 while being curved by rotation.
