PURPOSE: To provide a connecting apparatus and an assembling method. for connector pins with low contact resistance and by which connecting work can be carried out easily and bad effects upon the joining of a connector housing and a circuit substrate can be lessened. CONSTITUTION: A connector pin 12 is made to rub and pressed to a substrate side terminal 7 composed of a solder or a conductive adhesive put in a circuit substrate 2 to electrically connect the pin and the terminal. In this way, their electrical connection can be done at the time when the circuit substrate 2 is fixed in a connector housing 10. Moreover, since the connector pin 12 rubs the upper face of the substrate side terminal 7, an oxide film can be broken and excellent contact is provided and thus contact resistance can be lowered. |
