PURPOSE: To store the character processor with many character strings that are repeatedly used in a document. CONSTITUTION: The character strings which are repeatedly used are registered as link data in a data base 11A on an HD 11. Control codes for reading the link data out are entered into the created document. To display or print the document, the link data are read out of the data base with the control codes and inserted into the document, which is completed. |
