PURPOSE: To monitor the transaction without causing no dissidence by using a management equipment to inform each partner that the transaction is confirmative so as to ensure coincidence between the transactions when the transaction takes place properly. CONSTITUTION: Upon receipt of an information element D, a chip card A stores the information element in a nonvolatile memory. Furthermore, the chip card A sends a message to a reader L that a recording in the unit of X+D is made in an address (b) and a temporary index states it that sets of information a, b are stored in areas Z1, Z2. When a transaction management device provided in the reader L recognizes it that the sent information element is coincident, a 2nd message is sent to chip cards A, B. The purpose of the 2nd message is to make a temporary transaction having been precedingly recorded confirmative. |
