<p>PURPOSE: To install a conductive plastic grounding to an inductive type charging apparatus for an automobile battery with an inductive type charging coupler and a charging port. CONSTITUTION: An inductive type charging coupler 20 has a magnetic core 24 at a center, a primary winding 25, a charger cable which is coupled between the primary winding 25 and an external power supply, plastic coupler housings 22a, 22b with handles 23, metallized ribs 28 mounted into the handles 23 and bonded with the external shielding braid of a charger cable, and conductive plastic strips installed to the external section of the coupler 20. A charging port 11 further has an opening 14, into which the inductive type charging coupler is inserted, and a plurality of metallized electromagnetic interference fingers 16 projected into the opening 14 and coupled with the conductive plastic strips, when the inductive type charging coupler 20 is inserted into the charging port 11.</p> |
