PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device being economically manufacturable, capable of being easily and quickly installed by fastening fitting and capable of being easily removed without leaving any part. SOLUTION: In a fastening device for a fitting part preferably for a hinge part provided with a fastening bore, the fastening device has a bush insertable into a priviously drilled bore and provided with a continuous hole in an axial direction and is constituted so that a pin provided with a head and inserted into a fastening bore rotates in the continuous hole, and the continuous hole is eccentrically arranged in the bush or a ring-shaped insertion part 16, an eccentric shaft part 15 is arranged on the pin 5, the eccentric shaft part 15 projects from the hole, and a clamping part is fastened to the eccentric shaft part 15.
