<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a pen input touch panel which has an excellent sliding durability, a low power consumption, and a high antinoise property, by providing an SiO2 thin film layer and a specific surface resistance value of ITO thin film layer on a transparent film, so as to make into a pressing side substrate. CONSTITUTION: A pressing side substrate 1 which consists of a transparent conductive film; and a nonpressing side substrate 6 of a transparent conductive glass substrate; are provided opposing each other, through ITO thin film layers 4 and 7 which consist of a pair of transparent electrodes, and through a spacer 5, so as to obtain a pen input touch panel 10. In this case, the above pressing side substrate 1 is composed by providing an SiO2 thin film layer 3 on a polyester transparent film 2 at the thickness 100 to 600Å, and furthermore, an ITO thin film layer 4 with the surface resistance value 0.5 to 10kΩper unit area is provided thereon. And the above spacer 5 is formed of a transparent resin dot with the grounding area less than 0.01mm<2> , and the height less than 30μm, while the nonpressing side substrate 6 is preferable to form by providing an SiO2 thin film layer 8 and an ITO thin film layer 7 on a transparent alkaline glass substrate 9.</p> |
