PURPOSE: To generate a constant current which has not temperature dependency or has prescribed temperature dependency and is not affected by variation in source voltage through as simple constitution as possible. CONSTITUTION: A reference transistor(TR) means 20 which generates a reference voltage Vr at the point of connection with a current source means 10 by receiving an input current Ii and a voltage dividing means 30 which generates a control voltage Vc by dividing the reference voltage Vr are combined with a current source means 10 which generates a constant-value input current Ii having temperature dependency, or an adjusting TR means 21 which generates the control voltage Vc at the point of connection with the current source means 10 and the voltage dividing means 30 which divides the control voltage Vc and applies the result as an adjusting voltage to the adjusting TR means are combined; while an output current Io supplied to a load 1 is controlled by an output TR means 40 according to the control voltage Vc, the temperature dependency of the input current Ii is adjusted in an opposite direction with a voltage division ratio set in the voltage dividing means 30 and the output current Io which has a temperature coefficient of 0 or a desired temperature coefficient value is led out.
