PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved security protection access method capable of protecting the security of common use information such as electronic newspaper and reducing, e.g. an access time more than that of a conventional method. SOLUTION: This method has a server 30, symmetrical ciphering by 1st and 2nd keys is used to serve a security protection access to common use access enable information among regular user sets dynamically fluctuated on a network, a copy of ciphered information by the 1st key of the server is stored in an access available position, the 2nd secret key of a regular user (i) is used by the server 30 to cipher the 1st key and the ciphered 1st key is stored at a storage location accessed by the regular user by this server 30. The user (i) accesses the storage 10 to obtain the ciphered 1st key, it is decoded by a 2nd secret key, the 1st key is recovered and the stored information is decoded by using the recovered 1st key. |
