The device for separating, compressing and collecting the beverage cans from the wastes, comprises the waste inducting tube having a branch tube for guiding the input of wastes; detecting means for discriminating the kind or material of the wastes; separating gate for closing a path of the tube, controlled by the signal of the detecting means; compressing means for compressing the cans passing through the separating gate; discharging means for discharging the compressed cans, horizontally reciprocated by the control signal of the detecting means.
