MAGNETIC RECORDING MEDIUM PRODUCING METHOD

摘要

The magnetic recording medium is prepd. by coating a magnetic paint on polyester film. The magnetic recording medium comprises: a binder comprising 3-10 wt.pts of nitrocelluose, 5-15 wt.pts of polyurethane resin and 2-9 wt.pts of linear satd. thermoplastic polyester resin; 3 wt.pts of carbon black; 0.5-1 wt.pts of polyoxyalkylene glycol having 1000-3000 Mw; and 0.5-4 wt.pts of alkyl sulfonic acid salts (R-SO3M) where R is C5-30 alkyl, M is alkali metal w.r.t. 100 wt.pts of the magnetic material. The obtd. magnetic recording medium has good abrasion resistance and antistatic property.
