A permanent structural grid is laid out, assembled, and supported level above the surface of the earth upon temporary stake supports (70). Permanent support posts (46) hang between the supported structural grid and the earth, and, at the periphery of the structural grid, hanging pairs of spaced-parallel substantially planar panels (42) define a concrete form for a portion of a foundation wall. In-situ concrete is poured at the base of the hanging permanent posts (46) and into the foundation wall portion forms to form a foundation and to permanently affix the structural grid upon the foundation. Assemblage is initially supported by coarsely threaded stakes (72) which screw directly into the earth and atttach to parts by various methods. Some parts remain in place as permanent supporting members for superimposed structure. Others, such as joist/form planar panels (42) subsequently relocate to become inventory for subsequent projects.
|
