PURPOSE: To provide a spectrum envelope extraction device remarkably reducing an operation amount without deviating a spectrum peak position caused by that an envelope line is inclined. CONSTITUTION: This device incorporates a spectrum envelope extraction device unit 15 constituted of a spectrum analyzer 11 performing spectrum analysis of an input spectrum S and generating the spectrum envelope SE of the input spectrum from the analysis result, a staircase-shaped spectrum envelope generator 12 working the generated spectrum envelope SE by the result of a difference with the input spectrum S and generating a staircase-shaped spectrum envelope DSE, an adder 13 calculating the difference between the input spectrum S and the staircase spectrum envelope DSE, and the spectrum envelope outputted from the spectrum envelope extraction device unit is made a staircase-shape. |
