PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly retain a printed board, even when the size of the printed board is dispersed. SOLUTION: A cap part having an opening circuit part of a printed board is provided with a connection part to be jointed to lamp socket on one side and a jointing part mechanically fixed on the other side to connect output terminals of a circuit part with electrode leads of a discharge tube and is constituted of a housing 4 and a shell 5. The printed board is formed inside either the housing or the shell, and the surface projected out of the inside is inserted into a support 6 with a smooth surface. Rib 7 is formed on the support as to be projected out of the surface of the support in the longitudinal direction of the support and the support, and the rib are formed in proper sizes so as to gradually narrow the space for the printed board towards the insertion direction of the printed board and consequently to move the printed board in a part of the length of the support to the stopping point on the rib.
