PURPOSE: To shorten the time from a voice recording instruction to a voice recording start by starting a voice recording immediately after transferring only set data irreducibly minimum to an external storage device when the instruction of the voice recording start is performed. CONSTITUTION: When a playing is started, playing information (MIDI signals) are generated together with timing information to be stored in a buffer and playing data are written in a playing data file by judging whether the playing data are stored in the playing data buffer in an RAM 3 by an amount equal to or more than a prescribed amount or not. This processings is performed by using, for example, a DMA circuit, etc., and processings of the storing and the writing of the playing data are executed parallel and setting data of a constant amount are written in a setting data file. Next, the operation of the stop switch of a voice recording operation is judged and the playing data remaining in the playing data buffer are written in the playing data a file. By these processings, at the time of the voice recording start, the voice recording is started after present data set by a panel are written in the file as initial set data. |
