PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow repeated bending and to allow maintenance of a shape suiting to the user's taste by connecting a housing serving as a power supply end and a housing functioning as an operation end through a flexible core. SOLUTION: In this flashlight, housings 12, 14 separated from each other are connected through a flexible core 16. The housing 12 serves as a power supply end for the flashlight and includes batteries 78, 80 used for a main power source of the flashlight within the housing 12. The housing 14 functions as an operation end for the flashlight and includes a lens 50. A reflection plate 90 and bulb 92 are also attached within the housing 14. The housing 14 is provided with a switch 20 for selectively connecting the bulb 92 to the power source such as the batteries 78, 80. The housing 14 has an overall L-shape and includes an overall cylindrical elongate leg and a slightly rectangular short leg extending therefrom. |
