PURPOSE: To detect the single operation of a system interconnection inverter merely by providing a simple method in dispersed power sources side without necessity of a transmission facility such as a special purpose line of a cut-off signal. CONSTITUTION: A periodic reactive power change signal 17 is output from a single operation detector 14 to the system interconnection inverter 10 of a fuel cell generating system 12 as a dispersed power source to prevent the state having no power flow with a power system. The frequency of a receiving point 7 or the inverter 10 detected by a frequency detector 13 is input to the detector 14 to monitor a deviation from a predetermined reference frequency. When the deviation exceeds a predetermined value, it is judged that the single operation starts. |
