摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To improve a heat radiating amount by a method wherein an evaporating part of a heat pipe is placed between an upper surface of a main body and a fin base end and the condensing part is abutted against a fin extremity end. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of fin members 41 are arranged in side-by-side relation in a lateral direction with their adjoining same teeth 43 being abutted against to their extremity ends, and upper and lower fin connecting brazing sheets 44, 45 are placed between a heat pipe bottom wall 31 and a top wall 33. A main body 11, a heat pipe 12, fins 13 and a cover 14 are integrally connected by brazing. A part of heat transmitted from a heat generating member to the heat pipe bottom wall 31 through the main body 11 is transmitted from the bottom wall 31 to the fin base end and the working fluid in the bottom wall 31 is heated with the residual heat and gasified. Then, the fluid reaches into a heat pipe top wall 33, heated there and gasified. When the working fluid is liquified, the radiated heat is transmitted to the extremity end of the fin 13. In this way, heat of the heat generating member is transmitted from the base end of the fin 13 and the extremity end of the fin 13 to the fin 13 and radiated.</p>
