The system includes one or more transceiver units in one or more remotely controlled objects and an external transceiver unit integrated in a wrist watch. The watch includes function keys for entering information, while a remote controlled object can be mounted in a motor vehicle to trigger an alarm during a disturbance of the vehicle. The keys on the wrist watch can be used to actuate the car windows, window heating and so on, in addition to the functions of the alarm unit, so that the car can be prepared before starting off.
