The control or torque motor (23) is deflected according to an electrical signal and there is a nozzle (38) deflected in turn by the torque motor. The fluid medium is passed along channel (49) for supplying the nozzle. Two collector nozzles (51, 52) are mounted near the nozzle (35) to take the fluid medium and the oil required is supplied not by the torque motor but through a connection with the engine block (27) or the amplifier body (24).
