The holder is part of a compartmented tray which can be pushed into a casing. The tray (3) has a turning support (4). When turned in, it forms an edging for the tray aperture (2). In working position, it projects from the underside of the tray, which has turning holding arm segments (7,8). The segments can be turned in when the tray is to be pushed in, and turned out to working position. With the tray pulled out, the first segment (8) adjacent to the tray aperture has a forcible turning device (12), to turn it towards the second segment when the tray is to be pushed in.
