Brake body for vehicle brakes

The brake body is for an ABS with a sensor which takes radial revs. signals from a toothed disc (5). At least one flange (8) running round the free internal crown and bounding the teeth (6) is fitted. The flange, both before and after machining, is of the same height as the teeth. The brake body has a hub (1) with two friction rings (4) connected by webs (2) and ventilated by a slit (3). The toothed disc ring (7), carrying the toothed disc (5) composed of individual teeth (6), is cast onto the brake disc hut. The flange protects the teeth against damage.
