Underwater ram jet engine in open or pulsed configuration

The ram jet engine has the water being accelerated by a gaseous medium of high pressure directed into the expansion chamber. The water is then converted into a gaseous state by pressurising with high energy radiation. The high energy radiation can be in the form or sound waves or electromagnetic radiation. Alternatively, in a pulsed configuration compressed air or pressurised water may be used.
