PURPOSE: To prevent image data from being duplicate and effectively utilize a storage device by cutting image data out of one image file. CONSTITUTION: An output control part 23 reads data other than a raster image in a document, i.e., document data 3 and table data 4 out to a display device 15 according to layout information 2 of a document file 1. The raster image to be pasted in the document is read out of an image file 7 according to pieces 21 and 22 of management information in the document file 1. Then the pieces 21 and 22 of management information which are read out to the display device 15 and pasted in an expected area in the document according to the layout information 2 in the document file are provided with a partial reference flag specifying part or the whole of image data in the image file 7 and image data area. |
