PURPOSE: To provide a high frequency transformer having internal liquid cooling winding wire, which reduces a copper loss, to be used for the battery charger or the like of an electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A transformer is provided with a primary winding wire 25 including hollow metal cooling agent winding for transmitting cooling liquid and secondary winding composed of plural pieces of conductive winding coupled to the primary winding 25. The hollow metal cooling agent winding is constituted as a flat helical winding wire or a flat spiral winding wire.
