PURPOSE: To easily manage the position information of commodities with respect to the commodity information management system which manages information of commodites in a shop. CONSTITUTION: Transmitters 15-1 to 15-n are provided for commodies 14-1 to 14-n respectively, and coordinate signals sup-1 plied from radio controllers 16-1 to 16-n are received by transmitters 15-1 to 15-n , and each transmitter takes coordinates of its nearest one of radio controllers 16-1 to 16-n as its own coordinates to give the discrimination signal of the transmitter itself and transmits it to a management device 12 to detect the position of each of commodities 14-1 to 14-n , and this position is transmitted to an input/output device 13 together with map information by the management device 12, and positions of commodities are displayed on the map by the input/output device 13. |
