PURPOSE: To eliminate the wrong diagnosis of the lack of consultation and the like and to facilitate consultation indication input by setting the consultation indications of a doctor into patterns and suitably referring to the consultation indication patterns which are made into the patterns at the time of consultation. CONSTITUTION: In a consultation indication pattern file 35, administration indication patterns for giving administration indications based on the individual consultation patterns for the respective doctors are stored in an administration indication pattern file 36. Treatment indications for giving the indications of treatment based on the consultation patterns are stored in a treatment indication pattern file 37. Furthermore, inspection indication patterns for giving the indications of inspection by the combination of prescribed inspections based on the consultation patterns are stored in an inspection indication pattern file 38. Operation indication patterns for giving the indications of prescribed operations from a preparation before the operation to a care after the operation by considering the date and time on the operation are stored in an operation indication pattern file 39. The appropriate indication of administration is given by using the respective patterns.
