PURPOSE: To conduct blocking and hierarchy of components for visually constituting a simulation target without error even when the relationship of them is not known thoroughly. CONSTITUTION: A block hierarchical unit 10 refers to the information of a component block information storage unit 9, thereby judging whether the selected component conforms to the blocked block or not.
