The cutter consists of two levers (6,7) articulated by a pivot (8) and having a spring (9) to hold them apart. One of the levers supports an anvil (11), while the other has a blade holder (16) to which a detachable blade (18) can be fitted. The blade holder has a tip (22) to cover the point of the blade, which is of a type commercially available and supplied for cutting tools. The blade is held in place by two centering pins (19) and a cover plate (20) fixed by a screw (21). |
