<p>An apparatus and method of storing, selectively retrieving and delivering product data is disclosed. Product data files, product lists, product directories and allowable customer data entry sets are stored in a data storage device (3). The customer is asked to specify criteria relating to product need or desire through the use of an input device (7). Customer data entry sets are selected which best correspond to the criteria. The apparatus is thus able to retrieve and display, through the use of the computer (2) and video monitor (5), a variety of products in response to any given customer input and is able to respond to many different kinds of customer entered criteria.</p> |
