Micro-positioning members for performing alignment of optical fibers and the like are described. Backlash is eliminated by forming constituent elements as integral components, thereby improving driving precision. Each micro-positioning member includes a base portion (1) in which an insertion hole (5) for an urging means is formed, a support portion (2) integral with the base portion (1) and opposing the insertion hole (5), an urged portion (3) urged by the urging means, and a table portion (4) for supporting a driving target. The table portion (4) has one side connected to a first horizontal flexible arm (9) extending from the support portion (2), and the other side which is open.
