Integrated port selection circuit for high frequency signal

The selection circuit connects any one of n ports (6,10) to an (n+1)th port (20), where each port from 1 to n has a different respective frequency assigned to it. The circuit includes first to n-th switches each with one end connected to a corresponding port and the other end connected to a common junction point (12). A variable frequency filter (F) connected between the common junction point and the (n+1)th port is settable (FS) to a frequency characteristic permitting any one of said first to n-th frequencies to pass. The filter responds to the operation of any switch to adjust its characteristic to allow the frequency assigned to that switch to pass.
