Wave guide intended to be mounted on the wall 1 of a cooking enclosure between the antenna 2 of a magnetron 3 and an opening 5 made in the said wall 1, and including a metal box of generally tubular shape formed by a cover 7 comprising an elongate upper wall 8, an anterior region of which extends above the wall 1 and a posterior region of which extends above the magnetron 3, two lateral walls 9 and 10, two transverse walls, anterior 11 and posterior 12 and by a base 13 comprising a bottom wall 14 through which passes a passage hole 16 for the antenna 2, open opposite the opening 5. According to the invention, the cover 7 is formed in a single piece obtained by stamping and trimming a metal sheet. The invention applies to microwave ovens for domestic use. <IMAGE> |
