By this method electric signals are scanned by at least one pair of sensors (17, 18) placed above regulated convertor (13). Electric signals are the function of corresponding spaces (h1, h2) between sensors (17, 18) and conventor (13). These two signals are joined into the single signal, representing imaginary surface to the conventor (13), with proviso that this single signal is sent into the mechanism (15, 24) for controlling device (14) for regulation of the flowing speed of the metal flowing in the form (5). These controlling mechanisms (15, 24) initiating the activity of the regulating device, which reinforces returning of the imaginary surface to the conventor (13) back to the pre-set up value (h). each signal coming from the sensors (17, 18) is regulated and the vibrations with frequency higher than threshold value (F) and amplitude lower than threshold value (D) are removed.
