CONSTITUTION: The contact part 3 of a bubble stabilizer 2 with the necking of a resin tubular unit 1 provided at least at the top is locally elastically deformed by following to the change of the diameter of the necking of the unit 2 generated immediately before an expansion starting point, thereby operating in the state that the part 3 is held in contact with the unit 1. |
