PURPOSE: To attain excellent fire-resistant performance by laminating a nonflammably processed wooden material on the back face of a rock wool sound insulating board to form a ceiling material. CONSTITUTION: A wooden material 2 is laminated on the back face of a rock wool sound insulating board 1 to form a ceiling material, the specific gravity of the rock wool sound isolating board l is set to 0.3-0.5, and the thickness of the wooden material is set to 0.6-6mm. For the method to nonflammably process the wooden material 2, the wooden material 2 is separately impregnated with chemicals containing anion and cation generating water-insoluble nonflammable inorganic materials when they react, and a nonflammably processed wooden material containing insoluble nonflammable inorganic materials in the wooden material 2 is obtained. The warp at the time of execution is reduced, and the execution can be simplified. |
