<p>PURPOSE: To provide an exposure device which produces a constantly stable emission amount of light by preventing the non-uniformity of the emission amount from occurring. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum chamber is formed on a glass substrate 21 and a cathode is provided in the vacuum chamber. In addition, an array of light- emitting elements 26 which emit light by the collision thermoelectrons from the cathode is provided on the substrate 21 opposed to the cathode, and a grid electrode is provided around each light-emitting element 26a of the array 26. Further, a wiring pattern 31a for supplying a drive signal to the array 26 is formed between each drive IC 27 and the array 26. An insulating member 35 is formed in such a manner that the member 35 covers the wiring pattern 31a, and an electro-conductive member 36 is formed on the insulating member 35. The electro-conductive member 36 is maintained at a constant potential.</p> |
