<p>PURPOSE: To provide a steaming-and-heating disinfection apparatus having a simple structure capable of being set up on use, loaded on a car and carried to a necessary place. CONSTITUTION: A chamber 1 is loaded on a car, and it is provided with a steaming-and-heating treatment section which is sealed from the outside, an inlet port through which a vegetables and fruits-holding piled-container 11 is transferred into the steaming-and-heating treatment section, and an outlet port through which the piled container 11 is transferred out to a packing house 7. Further, the path 10 for transferring out a treated piled container from the outlet port to the packing house 7 is constructed in tubular bellows connecting the outlet port with the packing house 7. Further, the steaming-and-heating treatment section is provided with a draft generating means for sending steamed- and-heated air homogeneously and evenly into the inside of the piled container 11 and a draft controlling means for controlling steaming-and-heating treatment conditions.</p> |
