<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a composite rubber sheet not causing the deterioration of capacity caused by the elution of a plasticizer from a sheet main body, having a self-supporting property and excellent in dimensional stability by providing a laminate layer of a non-stretched polypropylene resin film to the single surface of a rubber sheet. CONSTITUTION: For example, a rubber sheet with a thickness of 1.0mm based on ethylene/propylene rubber and butyl rubber is prepared. Next, a non-stretched polypropylene resin film with a thickness of 0.4mm formed at 230 deg.C is laminated to the rubber sheet in a molten state and cooled to obtain a composite rubber sheet having the laminate layer of the non-stretched polypropylene resin film with a thickness of 0.4mm provided to the single surface thereof. The elongation of this composite rubber sheet is 800% and the sheet itself has elasticity and is excellent in dimensional stability.</p> |
