PURPOSE: To achieve a lower cost by curtailing the use amount of noise resisting electronic components by enhancing resistance to noise of a game control substrate it self. CONSTITUTION: In a game control substrate which comprises a double-layer printed circuit board used as a game control circuit to control various game operations of a game machine, via holes VH for the penetrating connection are formed in a ground area GA when the ground area GA of at least 2mm×2mm exists as overlapping area between a ground pattern GP1 on the surface side of parts and a ground pattern GP2 on the surface side of a solder in the game control substrate. The distance between the via holes VH is within 20mm or less than ten times as mush as the minimum wiring interval (d) in a wired area of the game control substrate.
