PURPOSE: To partly additionally write or erase by treating a hard coating on the one side surface of a transparent plastic film, and treating the other surface so as to be adapted for printing. CONSTITUTION: A hard coating is applied to the one side surface of a transparent sheet made of PET resin having a thickness of 100μm to form a hard coating layer of 3.0μm. The opposite side surface is antistatically treated to form a printing surface of 1.0μm. In order to form the opposite side surface to the hard coating treated surface in the state that repeatedly used format, etc., is written and not simply erased, a treatment for improving printability is executed. The hard coating treatment can be easily written or erased by a marker pen of alcohol ink, etc., by regulating the roughness and the hardness of the surface.
